The first major construction piece on the Desmond Landing property is the Harborside Office Center. It consists of a 100,000 ft² office building that houses SEMCO Energy Co. Headquarters, Precision Computer Solutions and Citizens First Bank Data Center.

The Harborside Office Center complex is also the location for the Port Huron YMCA's exciting new home, and features a 340-car garage, and a connector to the Parfet Building.
