Day Sails are available. The cost is $50 per person for a 3-4 hour sail.  Please check the calendar for available dates and contact Liz Mathews at the ship's office 810-966-3488 to schedule. The ship is U.S. Coast Guard certified. Our professional crew is supplemented with trained volunteer deckhands. You are welcome to assist in the handling of the sails as directed by the professional crew.

You are allowed to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages (no GLASS containers) on the sail. There is space for small coolers. Light 'finger' foods, i.e. subs/sandwiches, are recommended. Please be sure to bring bottled-water, as the ship's water supply is limited.

Please wear rubber-soled shoes to protect the deck. It is always cooler on the water and the 'Michigan weather' is ever changing, so please bring a 'ready bag' with a wind-breaker and/or sweater, rain gear, hat with a visor, sun glasses and sun screen.

The ship's store is located at the Overlook Deck Welcome Center Elevator Lobby. We will open the store prior to and following day sail should you wish to buy logo gear-such as tee shirts, hats or totes.

The ship sails in rain or shine. In the event the ship is unable to sail due to inclement weather or other reasons, Highlander Sea, Inc. reserves the right to cancel your sail. If Highlander Sea, Inc. cancels the sail; your ticket price will be refunded in full. No refunds will be issued for unused tickets for sails that have taken place.

The ship is located at the Seaway Terminal, 2336 Military Street, Port Huron, Michigan. Ample parking is available at the Overlook Deck. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure. On the day of departure, if you have any questions, please contact the ship's Captain at (810) 300-3703.
